About your role
As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Voxel51, you’ll be at the core of optimizing and scaling our go-to-market engine. You’ll identify opportunities to improve sales,marketing, and community processes to ensure the health of our systems and data, and execute initiatives that drive efficiency, revenue growth, and collaboration across teams. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and other departments, you’ll play a critical role in enabling the business to operate with precision and impact.
What you will do
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in sales and marketing processes; define and scope solutions to drive revenue, efficiency, and scalability
- Own the marketing stack from Hubspot, Zoom, Zapier, ad and enrichment platform
- Execute strategic projects on the operations roadmap (e.g., lead scoring, nurture programs, dashboard optimization)
- Lead email marketing strategy, including newsletters and campaign promotions
- Manage operational website tasks such as staging blog posts and setting up landing pages
- Implement and manage integrations across the sales and marketing tech stack; ensure data cleanliness across the funnel
- Support forecast meetings with reporting and insights
- Leverage intent data, firmographics, and behavioral signals to qualify both known and anonymous visitors, and integrate these insights into CRM and sales enablement tools for seamless, real-time access by Sales
- Own webinar production: maintain calendars, automate logistics and promotion Optimize the configuration, documentation, and adoption of sales and marketing systems; provide support and training as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Community, CS, and Finance on go-to-market initiatives
- Prioritize and troubleshoot ad hoc requests
- Other duties as required
What you should bring
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or revenue operations
- Systems-minded approach with a focus on building scalable automation and workflows to eliminate manual processes and work smarter, not harder
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot, Zapier, and common sales/marketing tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity and actionable insights
- Experience managing email campaigns and marketing automation workflows
- Demonstrated ability to execute cross-functional projects with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Excitement about contributing to the growth of a fast-moving company in the AI space
- Ability to work in a remote-first, cooperative environment using collaborative development tools
The cash compensation for this person is in the $125K - $135K range. In addition to base comp for this role, we offer equity in the form of options, a variety of benefits, and the opportunity to grow in an exciting and collaborative environment.
